Chocolate Chip Cookies

Last weekend mama, khaizuran and khairin made some chocolate chip cookies. They really do love and enjoy doing this activity. Although abah is very particular about masculinity mama still teaches cooking skills to the boys.. sape kata keje memasak keje perempuan je kan…I want my boys to be tough, macho and still know how to cook…hehe…bertuah menantu-menantu mama!

Mama didn’t take any picture during the cooking process because I was very occupied with the boys but Mama manage to snap some picture afterward.

While making the cookies mama asked khaizuran

Mama: “khaizuran, khairin cuba rasa tepung ni..rasa apa?

Khaizuran and khairin straight away put the dough in their mouth

Khaizuran: “mama sedap manis”,

Mama: “bila kita rasa tak semestinya kita guna mulut, bila kita sentuh atau pegang sesuatu pun kita boleh kata sebagai rasa, contohnya mama pegang tepung ni rasa lembut ada juga orang kata rasa yang macam ni lembik”,

Khaizuran: “lembut? Lembik?”, haha..haha..haha

Khaizuran and khairin laughed. I was not sure why they were laughing, is it because they were excited or for them the sound of lembut and lembik was funny…

Until the end every time when I asked them to rasa they will put the dough in they mouth and said rasa sedap. Never mind …yang penting we all enjoyed ourselves plus the cookies was delicious…
